Dana comes from a long line of gardeners and has felt a deep connection to the natural world since early childhood. She is passionate about food that is both healthy and delicious and has found her calling in growing, harvesting, preparing and serving her culinary creations to family and friends
Adam's fascination with biology and living systems began as a child. For much of his life he felt he was born a farmer without a farm. An early experiment growing mushrooms in his mothers basement sparked his life's path. He now has more than 30 years experience cultivating fungi and has been drawn to a life of environmental stewardship. Adam has been inspired to produce, hunt and forage much of his own food
Together, through their shared love of good food, wellness and environmental sustainability, Adam and Dana have created Dana's Kitchen.
